Well just realised that I haven't actually posted yet on my profile, so hey! I'm 241 (or Si as I'm more commonly referred), down on the sunny sunny south coast of Bournemouth. I really am crap at introductions, so I best just leave it at that.

This is just a brief introduction to "my work", if you can even call it that. This is just a place for me to stick photos up that capture my imagination, freeze-frame a moment or emotion, or that just evoke some response in one format or another. All of these photos are not perfect, either in content or quality! I do not use special photographic equipment, I don't use a high spec tool..... i don't even use a camera (in the traditional sense!). All of the photos on this lil piece of the internet are taking via my Nokia 6630 camera phone. 1.3 megapixel, 4.5mm, but it does the job. Not even proper zoom, just that crappy pixelated digital zoom.

But I feel that the simplicity and the sheer accessiblity of camera phones nowadays is allowing people who would never normally take photos, to take photos. I just want to show people what can be done with the bare essentials. I am in no way a professional photographer and don't even want to be thought of such, I am a sheer amateur. Many of the photos on here are very poor quality, blurred and shuddered, lack any light whatsoever, and have about as much focus as David Blunkett.... but in some way that makes them beautiful in their own imperfect way.
